Searching For The Man Boobs Miracle Cure

Let’s face it everyone, if you’ve spent more than 5 mins online looking for help and advice regarding your man boobs, you’ll have noticed there are a LOT of products out there claiming to offer the perfect solution to our problem. Whether it’s pills, creams, ebooks, “secret” push ups or whatever, you don’t have to look far before you come across one “miracle” cure or another.

Some of the most common emails I receive are from people asking me what i think of THIS ebook or THAT supplement and I decided the time had come to write an article (this one!) where I make my feelings on the subject clear. Then the next time someone asks me my opinion of Gynexin or “Get This Off My Chest Now” or whatever, I can just direct them to this page.

First Things First

Let’s start by getting a couple of things straight. I have yet to come across any well known man boobs product that isn’t based on either hype, bad science or downright lies. Often I find they are a combination of all three.

Is that to say there will NEVER one day be a a day pill or supplement that magically melt away your excess chest fat in the matter of a few weeks?

Of course not! I hope and pray that through the wonders of medical science one day there might be. But for the moment, as far as I can tell, that pill, that magic bullet does NOT exist, so my advice to everyone is to STOP LOOKING FOR IT.

Secondly, I honestly believe that with the right mindset, ANYONE willing to take the information on this site, follow it up with a little extra research into stuff like interval training and body weight exercises, can see a HUGE reduction in their chest fat and moob size a) OVER TIME and b) IF they remain determined and focused on the end result.

And that end result? Well for most of us that’s just to be able to pull off a t-shirt in front of a someone we are attracted to and feel like they actually might be TURNED ON by what they see. Instead of running for the nearest exit!

And for the record guys, I’m talking here about PSEUDOGYNECOMASTIA cases – that means I’m talking to those of you with fatty, flabby chests, NOT those with what i call “pure” gynecomastia in which the moob consists mostly of mammary (or breast) tissue.

For all you pseudogynecomastia sufferers, remeber that basic facts are these: ANY kind of excess fat CAN be lost, whether it’s butt fat, stomach fat or chest fat… the rules, the general principles are kind of the same.

Eat right, exercise right for long enough and day by day, little by little, you will start to see your man boobs RECEDE.

Now take it from me, I’ve been there, and that’s a GREAT FEELING. And having a girl do a double take as you walk past for the RIGHT reasons…that is an UNBELIEVABLE FEELING

So what I’m trying to say is you don’t really NEED anything else to get where you want to get to.

Google and Youtube are your friends. If you want exercise routines, if you want healthy recipes, nutrition plans you can find enough to last you a thousand years with a few clicks of the mouse!

Ok having said all that, I know that that not everybody has the time or inclination to do all their own research or put together their own plan of action. I also know I’m going to continue getting emails from people asking me what my workouts look like or what my personal diet consists of. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m happy to share that information, bit after the 100th time it kind of gets a bit repetitive :)

So here we go, if you want to know what stuff has personally helped me in my personal journey, stuff that I can personally vouch for, and which I am positive can help others in similar situation, here we are:

Drum Roll…

First up: diets. In general there is no great secret to this for me. As I have mentioned several times on this site, to get where I am today I just stuck to low GI principals – i.e cut out the white carbs, especially on my workout days, then I eliminated as much junk and processed food as possible and reduced alcohol intake (at least until i reached my goal!).

Because of this, and it doesn’t matter how many times people ask, I am NOT going to recommend anything with some complex nutritional formula or strategy, because I have never found the need for one. However, one book that I definitely recommend for the more ‘hardcore’ among you is Brad Pilon’s Eat Stop Eat, which involves an approach known as “intermittent fasting”.

At first the tactics may sound a bit extreme and controversial for your tastes – they did for me, but after a couple of weeks adjustment I found them pretty easy, and even fun, to implement. It’s NOT for everyone, that’s for certain, but if you can make it fit your lifestyle, and if you combine it with an effective workout routine I believe the SPEED and EASE of your weight loss should get a SIGNIFICANT boost. In fact, if you get the same kinds of results as me you may actually be shocked at how easy it it to get slimmed down and how quickly it happens.

Now, workouts. Again, there is not great mystery to what worked for me. I’ve been following Craig Ballanyine’s Turbulence Training for several years now, from the very beginning of my journey.

I work out for 20-30 minutes, 2 to 3 times a week.  And to be completely honest I don’t even follow the routines “to the letter”. I just picked a handful that I felt comfortable with, and which worked for me, stuck with them for a while and let nature take care of itself.

There maybe better workout programs out there, and if I were being super critical Craig could probably do a few things to improve his presentation of the material, but I can only speak from what I know and TT was the first workout program I followed, it got me results and I have never felt the need to look elsewhere.

You get professionally designed workout routines that can be completed in around 20 minutes, explanations of how to do each exercise, how many reps, how long to rest etc. Plus many of the exercises can be performed at home, which is a massive bonus if you don’t like going to the gym that much. Craig also explains how to effectively include interval training sessions in each workout session. Anyone who has spent time on this site will know that interval training is ESSENTIAL for burning up stubborn moob fat, so the fact that Craig plans it all out for you is a huge plus.
